How Do You Light A Propane Fire Pit?
Lighting your propane fire pit is relatively easy and safe, if done properly.
- Always be sure to start with the flame before the fuel; if you allow the gas to circulate before your lighting instrument has a flame, you risk being burned by a bigger, uncontained flame.
- Keep yourself at a distance from the flame by using a long lighter pushed near the burner. You can then open the propane valve to allow contact between the fuel and flame.
- Your propane fire pit should light and remain lit for as long as you like. When you’re ready to turn the fire pit off, simply close the propane valve.
Do Propane Fire Pits Give Off Heat?
Propane fire pits do give off heat and can be burned at varying heat outputs depending on your preferences. They are easy to light and begin producing heat immediately.
Can You Roast Marshmallows on a Propane Fire Pit?
